  Hello Visitor,

Term Dates for 2021-22

You can find term dates for next academic year on the school website and also here

Residentials

Final bookings are being made for the Perranporth trip. Numbers have been confirmed and the school remains optimistic that the group will head off to Cornwall in a few weeks. Regardless of the Covid-19 secure measures and national guidelines that may or may not be in place in July, it has been a vital part of the process to gather parental consent for our Covid-19 risk assessment now so that we can move ahead with confirming numbers and finalising bookings and so thank you once again for your commitment to the trip. I will be able to confirm the itinerary in a few weeks - there will be a further meeting closer to the time of the residential to share this.

Manwhile, Miss Steed has already shared plans for an exciting school sleepover for Year 4 pupils and Miss Jenkinson will be sharing some news, hot off the press, with Year 2 pupils about a possible trip.

Royal Mail: Heroes Stamp Design Competition

Your child has been given an official entry form for the Royal Mail: Heroes Stamp Design Competition - a competition to honour the heroes of the coronavirus pandemic.

The entry requirements can be found at https://www.stampcompetition.ichild.co.uk/

The closing date for the competition is Friday 28th May and so I am asking for completed entry forms to be returned to school by Wednesday 19th May to give the school time to organise the entries and get them posted off in good time for the closing date.

You can find out more competition details in the presentation here

You can also read the parents' letter here

Deadline for entries to be returned to school is Wednesday 19th May
