Dear Visitor

Reception's Nativity

Thank you to our wonderful Reception children for their amazing Nativity performance yesterday. They sang, acted and danced beautifully. Even though we had to relocate Bethlehem inside at the last minute, the children loved being on the stage and all looked so happy to be performing for their families and friends.

Thank you to everyone who supported this great event and special thanks, of course, to Mrs Dyson, Mrs Pinnock-Attfield, Mrs Barratt and Miss Hunting.

Miss Hunting has also been working hard to prepare the whole school singing for our Carol Service and you can all come and listen to more wonderful singing at this event on Wednesday 17th December 10am.

‍Christmas Theme Day - Monday 8th December

Christmas Theme Day is nearly here. Children should come to school in mufti and we love to see as many Christmas jumpers as possible! Although the children will be working in house-colour teams on a carousel of activities around school throughout the day, they should be dropped off and picked up as normal.

FOGS Film Nights

Information is being sent home today for Oak and Cedar's Film Night on Wednesday 10th December 3.30-5.30pm. Payments can be made via ParentPay.

‍Theatre Trips

Our much anticiapted theatre trips take place next week. Please take a few minutes to read the letter below so that you are familiar with the arrangements for the day.

Christmas Trip Letter

Both trips take place during the school day and so school times are normal and children should come to school in uniform and bring a coat and water bottle. Information specific to each trip is below:

Key Stage 2: Peter Pan - Wednesday 10th December

  • All children must bring a packed lunch (no hot meals on this day)
  • All children should bring extra snacks as lunch will be late

Reception & Key Stage 1: Mog's Christmas - Friday 12th December

  • Children can still have a hot meal on this day (as they return to school at lunchtime)

FOGS is very kindly supplying sweets for all of the children!
