Dear Visitor

STEAM Northants

Our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a fantastic day at STEAM Northants 2025. They spent the day at Northampton University, along with 3000 other students, participating in interactive workshops led by industry experts from the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM). It was an amazing day - brilliantly organised and with so much for the childen to do and learn about. I am sure that the event will have given the children plenty of food for thought about careers they might want to explore in the future.

Our pupils conducted themselves brilliantly throughout the day - they are all wonderful ambassadors for our school.

Summer Show - 'Frozen' (Reception to Year 6)

Roles have been cast, dance rehearsals are underway and the children are learning the songs! It is a very exciting half-term as we prepare for our summer show. Information letters (including a ticket order/request slip) will be sent home with children today or at the start of next week which I hope will tell you everything you need to know about the preparations and the event itself. An electronic copy of the letter can be found here and also on the school website in the 'Parents' tab.

If you have any questions about the show, please don't hesitate to contact school.

Bikeability

Many thanks to those who have signed up to Bikeability in the Autumn Term. The training is open to our current Year 4 and Year 5 pupils and takes place on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th September 2025. I have confirmed the final register with the Bikeability providers today. Plenty of time for some practise over the summer and to get bikes serviced and ready!

Year 2 Residential

Despite a few grey clouds and a slightly depleted group, our Year 2 pupils enjoyed a wonderful residential in the great outdoors. Thank you to Mrs Carter, Mrs Rainbow-Smith and Mrs Comery for creating such a memorable experience for the children.
